Business Insurance Account Associate

Location: Must be within driving distance to the Hattiesburg, MS office and able to commute at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Perform data entry in the Agency Management System for new business and renewals.
• Issue certificates of insurance, evidence of property, and auto ID cards.
• Support account team members with client service deliverables and special projects.
• Order and file loss runs, flood zone reports, and ISO Prometrix reports.
• Assist other account associates during high-volume periods.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be within driving distance to Hattiesburg, MS and able to commute 3 days/week.
• 0-12 months of prior professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Excel.
• Ability to obtain a Property Casualty Resident’s License within 90 days of hire.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
