Salary: $100,000–$106,500

• Design and deploy automated multidimensional UHPLC-MS workflows to characterize complex biotherapeutics.
• Bridge gaps between Research, Molecular Assessment, and Development teams.
• Implement online, multidimensional orthogonal separations for in-depth attribute screening.
• Publish high-impact scientific papers and present findings at international conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to advance the next-generation portfolio.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven track record of success in analytical method development for protein or nucleic acid characterization.
• Strong publication record as a primary author in peer-reviewed journals.
• Extensive hands-on experience with high-performance liquid chromatography and HRMS (Orbitrap platforms).
• Ability to work effectively within highly matrixed, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with 2D-LC and structural elucidation of complex biotherapeutics like bispecific mAbs or ADCs.
• Proficiency with data-processing software such as BioPharma Finder, Protein Metrics/Byos, or Chromeleon.
