• Take responsibility for individual modules, workstreams, or project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT consulting or technology-driven transformation projects.
• Professional proficiency in both German and English (C1 level).
• Solid understanding of consumer goods business models and IT systems.
• Knowledge of concepts like agentic AI, cloud, DevOps, and ERP modernization.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for client projects.

Nice to have

• Expertise in e-commerce, logistics, product lifecycle management, or sales domains.
• Experience with data platforms and omnichannel strategies.
