What you will do

• Lead functional streams in large-scale transformation and implementation projects within commodity and energy trading.
• Translate strategic business concepts into robust solution architectures and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Own the architecture and implementation of commercial off-the-shelf solutions, including CTRM/ETRM systems and digital data platforms.
• Steer and mentor interdisciplinary project teams comprising business analysts, developers, and QA specialists.
• Manage complex transformation programs, including governance, stakeholder management, and risk control at the senior management level.

Requirements

• Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in energy providers, software implementations, or energy trading IT transformations.
• Proven experience leading project teams or functional streams within complex programs.
• Deep practical experience in the design and configuration of industry-standard software like CTRM/ETRM, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
