What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and calibration of hirify.global devices at customer sites.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for technical and service-related customer issues.
• Work in diverse environments including drinking water facilities, wastewater plants, and industrial refineries.
• Submit accurate service reports regarding billing, inventory, and instrument failure.
• Execute administrative tasks to support service operations and customer documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Antonio, TX area.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to rent vehicles and hotel rooms under state law.
• Mechanical aptitude with experience in technical diagnostics and preventative maintenance.
• High School Diploma required; technical degree or 2+ years of field service experience preferred.
