What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site Research, Study, and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Define and maintain robust delivery plans covering scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and costs.
- Manage project changes, risks, and issues to ensure delivery within agreed quality, time, and cost boundaries.
- Interface with senior management and executive stakeholders to provide concise updates and enable decision-making.
- Lead diverse, cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
- Apply agile or hybrid project delivery approaches in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent high-value projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong expertise in risk, change, resource, and budget management (including CAPEX).
- Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be based in the UK or have the right to work; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to have
- Understanding of Power MOSFET design.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages.
