TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-site Research, Study, and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Define and maintain robust delivery plans covering scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and costs.
  • Manage project changes, risks, and issues to ensure delivery within agreed quality, time, and cost boundaries.
  • Interface with senior management and executive stakeholders to provide concise updates and enable decision-making.
  • Lead diverse, cross-functional teams within a matrixed organization.
  • Apply agile or hybrid project delivery approaches in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent high-value projects with budgets exceeding $1M.
  • Strong expertise in risk, change, resource, and budget management (including CAPEX).
  • Experience leading diverse cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Must be based in the UK or have the right to work; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Power MOSFET design.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages.
