What you will do

• Lead the most complex and strategic software development projects from conception to completion.
• Architect cloud-native solutions and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise platforms.
• Mentor and coach junior technical staff to enhance departmental effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX teams to define roadmaps and design requirements.
• Drive departmental process improvements and establish technical standards.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline development and ensure high-quality output.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience.
• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
• Solid background in designing distributed backend systems and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture.
• Practical experience with AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and AI integration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or Document Intelligence.
• Knowledge of OCR technologies and intelligent document extraction.
• Background in fintech or enterprise workflow automation.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives or mentoring teams.
