What you will do

• Complete complex and strategically important software engineering assignments from conception through delivery.
• Evaluate product roadmaps and customer needs with Product Management, User Experience, Quality Assurance, and other internal partners.
• Design product architectures, cloud-native solutions, distributed backend systems, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, document intelligence, and AI-assisted automation into enterprise applications and internal platforms.
• Research and solve complex design problems, develop software, and support releases that meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Act as a subject matter expert while coaching, mentoring, and coordinating the technical progress of more junior developers.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Experience designing distributed backend systems and APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud-native applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, plus familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Practical experience integrating AI/ML and working with LLMs, document intelligence, or AI-assisted automation solutions; ability to prompt AI systems and assess output quality.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling, with experience in enterprise workflow or invoice/document processing platforms.
• At least 10 years of relevant technical experience and the ability to work independently on complex departmental assignments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, or Document Intelligence.
• Experience with OCR technologies and intelligent document extraction.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring teams.
• Exposure to fintech or enterprise workflow automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
