What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable systems within Azure cloud environments.
• Develop service-level indicators and objectives to automate release validation.
• Improve system self-healing capabilities and overall resilience.
• Lead incident management processes and respond to service disruptions.
• Collaborate with security and product teams to define operational playbooks.
• Manage cloud and database system maintenance and production debugging.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site reliability engineering or similar role.
• Strong programming proficiency in Golang, Ruby, or Python.
• Expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD platforms and Infrastructure as Code scripting.

Nice to have

• Relevant industry certifications such as SRE Foundation.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, PagerDuty, or OpsGenie.
