Category Manager - Private Brands

Salary: $110,500–$176,000 per year, plus eligibility for 401(k), equity grants, and potentially an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Own brand sales, assortment, pricing, promotions, and overall brand performance.
• Manage vendor operations, including item and content setup, ordering, forecasting, and promotional planning.
• Define business strategies to drive rapid growth and launch new products.
• Build and expand vendor relationships.
• Partner with supply chain teams to maintain inventory health.
• Analyze market, customer, and business data to improve performance and refine strategies.

Requirements

• More than three years of business experience in ecommerce, retail, FMCG, or a related organization.
• At least three years of category or brand management experience.
• Experience with vendor management, product management, marketing, supply chain, operations, and project management.
• Demonstrated success building and rapidly scaling complex businesses in high-growth environments.
• Strong go-to-market execution, communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
