Salary: $114,100 – $169,800

What you will do

• Own the content strategy and architecture for the central AI portal as a single source of truth.
• Define and execute a communication roadmap to drive AI literacy across all business units.
• Design and facilitate training workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Plan and scale high-impact internal events, including global hackathons and AI Demo Days.
• Act as the chief moderator and connector for internal AI communities to foster a culture of sharing.
• Partner with executive leadership to ghostwrite external technical blogs and whitepapers.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Community Management, DevRel, or Change Management.
• Strong practical understanding of GenAI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proven track record of building and scaling active technical communities.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills with advanced proficiency in Google Slides or Canva.
• Ability to influence VP+ leadership and mobilize cross-functional stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
