What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for stores and own the end-to-end sales process, including in-person visits and outreach.
  • Prioritize opportunities from a provided lead list and guide prospects through the sales journey to closing.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and weekly activity while tracking opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Support partner registration and onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to the Growth team.
  • Apply the SNAP sales methodology to engage a variety of businesses and handle objections.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or a customer-facing role (sales, customer support, hospitality, or similar) is preferred; mindset matters most.
  • Comfort with outbound outreach via phone, email, SMS, and social media, plus occasional in-person meetings.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline and weekly activity with strong ownership and urgency.
  • Strong objection-handling and active listening skills.
  • Willingness to work hybrid (office, home, and potentially abroad) based on the role’s needs.
