What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, including integration points with APIs and third-party applications.
• Create and execute performance and load tests to ensure software handles expected user loads and benchmarks.
• Develop and update comprehensive test cases for new and existing functionalities to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with software engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in a collaborative environment.
• Establish and document QA processes and best practices to streamline testing and improve product quality.
• Participate in shaping the organization's overall test strategy and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and have current employment authorization (no sponsorship provided).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience testing web applications.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks, specifically Cypress, Playwright, and K6.
• Experience testing GUIs, REST APIs, and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and Section 508 compliance.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies and Git version control within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript development.
• Familiarity with Enterprise BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience or knowledge regarding the unique needs of the nonprofit and social good sectors.
