TL;DR
Analytics Service Transition Manager (SAP): Planning, coordinating, and governing the end-to-end transition of data and reporting services into a new managed service model with an accent on SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Azure Databricks environments. Focus on ensuring service readiness, knowledge transfer, and operational stability during the transition from build to BAU.
Location: Must be based in Poland or Czechia (Remote).

What you will do
- Define and manage the transition plan, governance cadence, and RAID management for the analytics service.
- Lead the end-to-end knowledge transfer process, including documentation, SOPs, and validation activities.
- Coordinate stakeholders across internal teams, incumbent suppliers, and platform partners.
- Define the overall reporting services model and self-service strategy for business users.
- Establish operational processes for incident management, service requests, and monitoring.
- Oversee cutover activities and post-transition stabilisation to ensure minimal operational disruption.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland or Czechia.
- Proven experience managing service transitions or managed services environments, specifically in analytics, data, or SAP reporting.
- Strong understanding of service management processes (incident management, SLAs, operational readiness).
- Experience with knowledge transfer, SOP creation, and service acceptance activities.
- Proficiency with ITSM and delivery tooling such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to travel for business trips up to once per month.
