What you will do

• Define and manage the transition plan, governance cadence, and RAID management for the analytics service.
• Lead the end-to-end knowledge transfer process, including documentation, SOPs, and validation activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across internal teams, incumbent suppliers, and platform partners.
• Define the overall reporting services model and self-service strategy for business users.
• Establish operational processes for incident management, service requests, and monitoring.
• Oversee cutover activities and post-transition stabilisation to ensure minimal operational disruption.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland or Czechia.
• Proven experience managing service transitions or managed services environments, specifically in analytics, data, or SAP reporting.
• Strong understanding of service management processes (incident management, SLAs, operational readiness).
• Experience with knowledge transfer, SOP creation, and service acceptance activities.
• Proficiency with ITSM and delivery tooling such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to travel for business trips up to once per month.
