Category Management Associate (Ecommerce)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; four days in the office Monday–Thursday and one remote day on Friday.

Salary: $68,000–$74,000 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Manage supplier portfolio and category performance against revenue and profitability targets.
• Support category plans covering assortment, pricing, availability, inventory, delivery speed, and customer experience.
• Analyze data and trends across revenue, price competitiveness, conversion, availability, and inventory turns.
• Develop opportunities for suppliers to expand assortment and grow their businesses.
• Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, promotions, marketing, pricing, profitability, and operations teams.
• Build supplier relationships, negotiate outcomes, and represent hirify.global at offsite events.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of transferable corporate experience, including internships or co-op experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Interest in emerging technology and ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily work.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
