What you will do

• Execute procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, reliability, and delivery of suppliers and supplied products.
• Design and implement sourcing plans and strategies to meet business targets for products and materials.
• Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes to secure quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
• Improve vendor performance across quality, delivery, and cost in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Support training and compliance activities within the procurement function.

Requirements

• Proven experience improving supplier performance across quality, delivery, and cost.
• Strong understanding of supply chain risks and effective mitigation strategies.
• Comfort working in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Background in a demanding manufacturing environment with a strong customer focus.
• Excellent negotiation, cost management, and data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, adapt to changing business needs, and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP and Ariba.
• Professional membership such as CIPS or relevant supply chain/procurement qualifications.
