What you will do

• Own the design and evolution of core capabilities within the internal AI agent platform.
• Define and improve deployment patterns and orchestration approaches for complex agent use cases.
• Build and maintain shared services, including reusable modules, integration layers, and logging patterns.
• Translate strategic business goals into scalable AI agent solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Drive technical decisions regarding observability, governance, reliability, and cost-aware usage.
• Identify and shape new high-value opportunities for agent-led innovation across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software, platform, infrastructure, or solutions engineering.
• Strong ability to design production-ready systems across APIs, services, and data flows.
• Practical experience with AI-powered applications, agent architectures, and LLM-based workflows.
• Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or reusable technical foundations.
• Strong understanding of system design, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Experience working with cloud environments and modern application deployment patterns.
