• Manage and develop construction insurance policies, including Construction All Risk.
• Apply insurance knowledge to support specific client needs and project requirements.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver excellent service.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the corporate insurance line.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry with a solid understanding of insurance principles.
• Valid Insurance Broker license.
• Fluent Romanian and good command of English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working on projects typically lasting about a year.
