What you will do

• Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances across multiple legal entities.
• Lead end-to-end ownership of intercompany invoicing, settlement, and Kyriba processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle AGIS to drive system efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver internal management reports on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
• Draft insightful commentaries to support strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives in finance operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in intercompany processes and financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of financial drivers and controllership functions.
• Expertise in Oracle AGIS and Kyriba systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage tasks with clarity and purpose in a global environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Cluj-Napoca office.
