What you will do

  • Manage daily collections by contacting customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding accounts and obtain payment confirmations.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all collection activities and payment agreements in High Radius.
  • Collaborate with Tax, Billing, Account Management, and FP&A departments to optimize collection strategies.
  • Perform billing backup duties, including generating accurate invoices, resolving disputes, and managing Statement of Work (SOW) trackers in Oracle.
  • Prepare month-end reports, manage accrual files, and ensure all invoices are accurately processed within deadlines.
  • Lead process improvement projects related to digital transformation within the collections function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in collections, billing, or accounts receivable roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle billing software.
  • Must be based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania for hybrid work.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict financial deadlines.
