What you will do
- Partner with clients to understand their recruitment processes and business needs.
- Coordinate with professional services and data science teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced user experience.
- Provide actionable feedback to the product team based on client insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
- Drive incremental sales opportunities through proactive account management.
Requirements
- Must live in Mexico with a current CURP
- Spanish and English proficiency: C1 or higher
- Bachelor’s or engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B client success
- Proven ability to influence senior enterprise stakeholders
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup, fast-growing tech company, or consultancy
- Background in managing technology projects as a product owner or scrum master
