What you will do

• Source goods, materials, and services in alignment with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Drive the RFQ process, compare quotes, and select suppliers based on defined criteria.
• Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle from request creation to final payment.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to drive procurement process improvements.
• Ensure strict compliance with company purchasing policies and procedural documentation.

Requirements

• Proven purchasing experience of at least 2 years.
• Availability to work late shifts (15:00–23:00) 2–3 times per week.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with sourcing systems such as Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
