Buyer Specialist

Location: Hybrid, 6th October City, Egypt. Authorization to work in the local location is required.

What you will do

• Plan and track raw material availability to meet production needs.
• Issue purchase orders in accordance with company policy and agreed terms.
• Coordinate material delivery and logistics with suppliers.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure SAP data accuracy.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve material-related issues.
• Support audits, SOX compliance, and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Accounting.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
• Analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Valid authorization to work in Egypt.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of procurement and inventory planning processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Skill in identifying operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
