Real Estate Valuation Senior Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid role requiring four days per week onsite at the Marylebone office

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the review and management of institutional-grade commercial real estate valuations across the UK and Europe.
• Research market rental rates, comparable transactions, property-level data, and other commercial real estate information.
• Review valuation models and asset information using Excel, ARGUS Enterprise, and other industry-standard tools.
• Support quarterly portfolio valuation reviews, investigate variances and trends, and analyse market drivers.
• Prepare valuation reporting, client deliverables, documentation, and supporting analysis for real estate funds and investment managers.
• Collaborate with analysts, consultants, managers, clients, and third-party valuers while managing multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• University or college degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Exposure to commercial real estate valuation through professional experience, internships, co-op placements, or relevant coursework.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, plus exposure to financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, research, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and produce accurate work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive learning mindset, professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
