TL;DR
Real Estate Valuation Senior Analyst (Real Estate): Supporting the valuation review and management of institutional-grade commercial real estate portfolios across the UK and Europe with an accent on valuation reporting and market intelligence. Focus on reviewing valuation models in ARGUS and Excel, conducting market research, and analyzing portfolio-level data for investment managers.
Location: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite at our London office)
Compensation Range: 40,000–45,000 GBP

What you will do
- Support valuation review and advisory for institutional-grade commercial real estate portfolios in the UK and Europe.
- Conduct market research on rental rates, comparable transactions, and property-level data.
- Review and analyze valuation models using ARGUS Enterprise and Excel to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external valuers, and institutional clients on reporting.
- Assist in quarterly valuation reviews and investigate variances and market drivers.
- Maintain precise documentation of valuation data and market insights within internal systems.
Requirements
- University degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional experience or internships in commercial real estate valuation.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and financial modelling.
- Exposure to ARGUS Enterprise or similar valuation tools.
- Strong quantitative mindset and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for 4 days per week onsite work.
