What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML and AI solutions to drive business value.
• Build production-ready ML pipelines, covering feature engineering, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop AI-powered applications using Streamlit and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows.
• Design and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI agents using structured and unstructured data.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software engineers, and product teams on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Data Science, ML, or AI Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with Databricks, PySpark, or other distributed data processing platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, APIs, and software engineering best practices.
• Must be based in Costa Rica to be eligible for statutory benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI copilots or autonomous agents.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or BI environments.
