What you will do

• Drive the efficiency, work quality, and skill expansion of the animation team.
• Define and uphold the visual style for character movements, cinematics, and gameplay animations.
• Plan, assign, and track daily tasks to ensure on-time and on-spec delivery.
• Create high-quality animation assets hands-on to bring immersive worlds to life.
• Mentor team members and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Collaborate with the Animation Director to verify in-game quality and iterate according to feedback.

Requirements

• Senior or Lead-level animation experience in the games industry.
• Mastery of body mechanics and animation fundamentals.
• Proficiency in 3D animation software, specifically MotionBuilder and Maya.
• Advanced knowledge of character rigging, skinning, and motion capture techniques.
• Great communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Strong people management experience and team spirit.
