What you will do
- Lead supplier sustainability programs to improve performance, transparency, and alignment with expectations.
- Develop and run the next-generation supplier engagement program covering Tier 1, 2, and 3 direct and indirect suppliers.
- Build supplier maturity frameworks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own sustainability data foundations across the supply chain, including Full Material Disclosure (FMD), BOM-level material mapping, and lifecycle/carbon data readiness.
- Track and analyze supplier environmental data (GHG, water, waste, plastics, biodiversity) and support LCA/PCF data preparation and validation.
- Support sustainability reporting (regulatory and strategic), dashboards, and customer requests; maintain governance standards, templates, and SOPs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, supply chain, or supplier engagement.
- Experience working on Scope 3, environmental metrics, or sustainability programs.
- Experience with sustainability frameworks and reporting (e.g., GHG Protocol, sustainability reporting) and strong data management skills (Excel, data tools, dashboards).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to engage and influence suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to translate sustainability goals into clear, actionable plans.
