• Manage group dynamics to keep events flowing and participants engaged.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• High energy, charismatic personality, and exceptional public speaking skills.
• Proven experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics.
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly during live event disruptions.
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
