What you will do

• Coordinate on-site logistics, including setup, breakdown, and site cleaning.
• Serve as the primary hirify.global representative and problem-solver during live events.
• Manage guest check-in and provide a high-quality welcome experience.
• Align roles and responsibilities with nonprofit partners, venues, and corporate clients.
• Provide real-time updates, photos, and videos to the central Events Team.
• Handle shipping, labeling, and repackaging of event materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany.
• English: Fluency (C1) required.
• Proven experience in executing large-scale corporate and executive-level events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in group facilitation.
