What you will do

• Collaborate across teams to design large-scale products for a global player base.
• Communicate data-informed design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Deliver comprehensive design artifacts including journey maps, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Break down complex experiences into incremental, shippable value.
• Manage experiential quality and consistency across features end-to-end.
• Establish design best practices and quality standards in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for hybrid work.
• 4+ years of experience as a User Experience or Interaction Designer.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work effectively across time zones in a distributed team environment.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating design expertise.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of experience in UX or interactive design.
• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or related field.
• Experience in the video game industry, particularly with live-service titles.
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal.
