What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end UX design execution: UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; evaluate user experience after delivery.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to build, update, and modernize product UI using agile methodologies.
• Plan and conduct user research (usability testing, user interviews, surveys) to uncover insights and validate ideas.
• Translate research insights into low/high-fidelity mock-ups, patterns, prototypes, and development-ready specifications.
• Run a feedback loop by sharing work-in-progress designs and incorporating constructive critique.
• Advocate for user-centered design excellence and understand business context across the customer base.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX design or product design.
• Ability to solve complex user problems through UX & UI design, including creating mock-ups, prototypes, and documenting interaction patterns.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Mural, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of design principles (typography, layout, imagery, color theory) and UX principles (user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability, accessibility).
• Strong communication skills and proven success working in cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio showcasing previous UX design work.
