What you will do

• Own end-to-end design execution, delivering UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with design team members and developers to modernize user interfaces using agile methodologies.
• Conduct user research to uncover insights, validate ideas, and inform design decisions.
• Translate actionable research insights into low/high-fidelity mock-ups and development-ready specifications.
• Actively engage in giving and receiving constructive design critique.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and understand business problems for deliverables.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design or Product design.
• Ability to solve complex user problems through UX & UI design, creating mock-ups, prototypes, and documenting interaction patterns.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Mural, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Knowledge of design principles including typography, layout, imagery, color theory, user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of success working in cross-functional teams.
• Must have a portfolio showcasing previous UX design work.

Nice to have

• Understanding of modern design thinking and best practices, including responsiveness and accessibility for complex B2B applications.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS or Planning products.
• Skilled in planning, conducting, and applying user research.
• Capable of crafting a design vision aligned with user and business needs, focusing on long-term impact.
• Ability to provide mentorship to junior designers.
