TL;DR
Integrated Marketing and Communications Lead (Top Secret cleared) (Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding): Supporting integrated recruitment marketing and communications campaigns for a federal national security client with an accent on cross-channel coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and consistent employer branding. Focus on executing paid, owned, and earned campaigns, tracking KPIs, and optimizing audience engagement in a secure government environment.

Location: Fully onsite in Washington, DC, at a secure federal government facility. Limited telework may be authorized only as permitted by client and contract requirements.

Salary: $81,147.00–$137,949.00 annually.

What you will do

  • Support integrated marketing and communications initiatives focused on recruitment and employer branding.
  • Coordinate messaging and campaign execution across social media, paid media, web, email, SMS, and events.
  • Collaborate onsite with government stakeholders and creative, analytics, media, and program leadership teams.
  • Develop campaign plans, messaging frameworks, content strategies, presentations, briefings, and communications materials.
  • Maintain consistent messaging, tone, and branding across public-facing channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, support reporting and optimization, and improve audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Washington, DC.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience supporting marketing, communications, or integrated campaigns.
  • Strong organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting federal government or public-sector communications programs.
  • Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience across digital, social, paid media, email, and event channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, KPI reporting, and performance measurement.
