What you will do

• Design, configure, and upgrade software for Production Planning, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management in SAP.
• Serve as the primary support contact for end-users, identifying and resolving technical issues in lab operations.
• Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and guide workflow design and testing.
• Mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance on SAP configurations and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to align business needs with system delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 12 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Madison, WI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and standard internet navigation.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of SAP PPDS, Digital Manufacturing, and Quality Management design and configuration.
• Knowledge of SAP MM/PP design and configuration.
• Experience leading complex projects and coordinating work among cross-functional teams.
