What you will do

• Manage user equipment, including planning, recovery, and reassignment.
• Monitor hardware inventory and software licenses.
• Handle leasing management, including contracts, returns, and return audits.
• Manage IT purchases and renewals, as well as invoice reviews.
• Maintain and manage technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in inventory management using platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Experience in document management and review.
• Knowledge of purchasing and equipment renewal processes within an IT environment.
• Good level of English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Experience in software license management and Compliance.
