What you will do

• Provide frontline helpdesk support for artists and production teams, troubleshooting hardware, OS, and VFX software (Nuke, Maya).
• Manage workstation deployment using WDS and WSUS, including patching and peripheral configuration.
• Administer macOS fleet using MDM solutions like Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding, managing Active Directory objects and access rights.
• Maintain asset management systems, DevOps wiki, and backup systems (Bacula, BareOS, ZFS).
• Support basic L1–L3 networking, including VLANs and floating license servers (FlexLM, RLM).

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of system helpdesk experience in a Media/Entertainment or VFX environment.
• Fluency in Windows, macOS, and Linux administration.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic switch configuration.
• Experience supporting creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Maya, Nuke, Houdini).
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
