Quality Specialist (Manufacturing)

Location: Tremezzina, Como, Italy; onsite

Minimum annual salary: €39,000 plus eligibility for a company productivity bonus.

What you will do

• Monitor quality KPIs, non-conformities, and customer complaints through accurate data collection and analysis.
• Conduct structured root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for internal and customer-related issues.
• Collaborate with Research & Development and Engineering on new product launches, design changes, and process changes.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and supervise verification activities.
• Promote risk-based thinking and continuous improvement across quality processes.
• Define and monitor product and process quality requirements during development and production.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality-related role within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional communication in English and Italian is required.
