Intern - QA Change Control

Location: Parma, Italy; hybrid activities include remote work and access to the hirify.global headquarters.

Compensation: €1,000 monthly reimbursement.

What you will do

• Monitor the status of open change controls within the TrackWise-based quality management process.
• Interact with stakeholders to track progress and gather updates.
• Perform recurring follow-up and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Support the Quality Operations Unit in assessing and tracing changes affecting products, processes, equipment, systems, and documentation.
• Collaborate with hirify.global sites, external manufacturing operations, and EU and non-EU affiliates.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a scientific discipline such as CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, or an equivalent field.
• Fluent written and spoken English at C1 level.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze, synthesize, connect, and interpret information.
• Accuracy and strong focus on quality.

Nice to have

• Study experience abroad.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and GMP regulations.
