• Manage and optimize critical enterprise applications to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Establish and maintain incident management processes to track and resolve issues efficiently.
• Oversee the full application lifecycle, including installation, monitoring, and support.
• Coordinate enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to implement application changes.
• Perform application rationalization, simplification, and consolidation of software tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of functional experience as an Application Administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related field.
• Experience with C# language.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
• English: Advanced level required
• Location: Must be based in Guadalupe, Mexico
