What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Architect complex data models and manage the decomposition of existing data architectures.
• Develop custom components and logic using LWC, Apex, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs.
• Manage release cycles using DevOps tools like Flossum, ANT, or Azure DevOps.
• Lead small teams, report progress, and provide technical guidance on implementation scenarios.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds, specifically Service and Sales Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce configuration.
• Proven experience in Salesforce data architecture and integration with external systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and release management tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead tasks and mentor team members.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Automotive Cloud or Financial Services Cloud.
• Familiarity with Gearset pipelines or Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce testing scenarios.
