What you will do

• Maintain and validate SAP master data including BOM, routing, and inventory records.
• Critically evaluate and challenge engineering change requests to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Perform inventory analysis and troubleshoot BOM-related discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Support cost accounting by tracking cost-reduction, analyzing excess components, and investigating work order variances.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure data consistency across multi-level structures.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and metrics tracking to support operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year degree required; 4-year degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) is indispensable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros and advanced functions).
• Ability to read and interpret technical and electronics terminology.
• Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in Piedras Negras, Coahuila.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or database reporting tools.
• Prior experience working with SAP systems.
