What you will do

• Execute testing and verification activities for low- and medium-complexity UPS systems and subsystems.
• Define and establish troubleshooting procedures for new events not covered by existing documentation.
• Optimize and maintain test instructions for mass production in collaboration with R&D Engineers.
• Provide technical support during the installation of test objects within the test area.
• Assist the Production Supervisor in managing and maintaining the skill matrix for test operators.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Quartino, Switzerland (Hybrid model)
• At least 3 years of experience with UPS as a service technician or in engineering/testing roles.
• Proficiency with engineering tools, including power meters and oscilloscopes.
• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a similar technical field.
• English: Fluent proficiency required
• Strong commitment to workplace safety guidelines and safe work practices.
