What you will do

• Establish standards and best practices for new last creatihirify.globals and strategically optimize the existing last library.
• Lead the hands-hirify.global creatihirify.global of new lasts and serve as the primary technical chirify.globalsultant for Design, Development, and Innovatihirify.global teams.
• Build and manage collaborative relatihirify.globalships with external last suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and precisihirify.global.
• Maintain comprehensive digital and physical last libraries, ensuring data is organized and accessible.
• Partner with Sourcing and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical last challenges at the factory level.
• Innovate development workflows by integrating 3D modeling technologies and fit-data insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-hirify.global experience in last engineering across high-performance running and fashihirify.global/lifestyle footwear.
• Deep expertise in foot anatomy, biomechanics, and dynamic fit.

• Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Romans CAD, Rhino) and experience operating 3D scanners and milling machines.
