What you will do

• Lead E&I package delivery from design development through commissioning for a pharmaceutical facility.
• Oversee design coordination for power distribution, process control integration, and instrumentation.
• Manage contractor selection, performance monitoring, and quality control for electrical installations.
• Coordinate with process engineers to ensure systems meet regulatory standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Supervise the installation of critical infrastructure, including emergency power and UPS systems.
• Manage package budgets, change control processes, and schedule adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing E&I construction projects, preferably in pharma or process manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and EU safety standards.
• Experience with pharmaceutical facility qualification for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Advanced German and English language skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Switzerland.
