What you will do

• Lead project scoping, planning, and execution for manufacturing upgrades and expansions.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring strict GMP compliance.
• Coordinate design reviews, vendor management, and construction oversight.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and stakeholder updates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive FAT/SAT, qualification activities, and final handover to operations.
• Prepare technical documentation, P&IDs, and business cases for capital approvals.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent).
• 6+ years of experience in pharma/biotech project delivery, specifically with CAPEX projects.
• Proven experience managing OSD or FG projects in GMP environments.
• Proficiency in project controls, scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera, and cost tracking.
• Strong communication skills for effective client and vendor coordination.
