What you will do

• Operate injection molding presses, trim, deburr, and weld plastic parts.
• Perform dimensional, appearance, and functional quality checks at regular intervals.
• Use metrology tools including micrometers, calipers, and height gages to verify parts.
• Read and interpret part drawings, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Manage scheduling for presses and work cells and coordinate material handling.
• Generate documentation for scrap processing, inventory, and finished goods receipts.

Requirements

• Experience in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in productivity and quality audit reporting.
• Ability to operate a powered pallet jack.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Availability for 1st shift (6:00 am – 2:00 pm) and overtime as needed.
