What you will do

• Perform incoming, in-process, first article, and final inspections of products.
• Conduct dimensional checks using specialized tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Verify conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Identify, document, and report nonconforming conditions (NCRs) and support corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed inspection logs, traceability records, and testing documentation.
• Participate in audits, investigations, calibration checks, and EHS practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical coursework preferred.
• 3–4 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read ANSI drawings, including knowledge of GD&T fundamentals.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and basic statistical methods.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• Experience working within ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality environments.
• Knowledge of RCA methods such as 5 Whys, 8D, and CAPA.
• Background in industrial, automotive, aerospace, or coatings manufacturing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
