What you will do

• Inspect and test materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products using established methods and standards.
• Utilize inspection tools including Vision Systems, Verniers, Micrometers, Oscilloscopes, and DVMs.
• Document test results and maintain quality documentation files such as Device History Records (DHR) and Inspection History Records.
• Process returned materials according to established procedures.
• Read and interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), schematics, technical drawings, and ECOs.
• Interface with other functions and departments to ensure product quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related quality control position.
• Ability to read specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with the use of mechanical and electronic test equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• IPC-A-610 certification for Incoming Inspection.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and MES.
