What you will do

• Perform in-process inspections on the manufacturing floor to ensure compliance with MPPs and QAPs.
• Conduct receiving inspections of raw materials and components using ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling plans.
• Maintain batch records and ensure full identification and traceability per QMS requirements.
• Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process, including documenting non-conforming products and ensuring quarantine.
• Issue COCs and COAs for shipped products across various product lines.
• Implement annual process improvement ideas to simplify and harmonize QC workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Quality Control Inspector experience.
• Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, and force gauges.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be able to work onsite in Camarillo, CA.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision Dynamics system.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
