Salary: $111,000 – $162,800

What you will do

• Manage the financial and technical performance and lifecycle of the product line, ensuring on-time delivery through toll gate processes.
• Lead commercial ownership, including reporting on order intake, revenue, margins, and developing market-based pricing strategies.
• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, managing a roadmap aligned with the customer Value Proposition.
• Perform market analysis using competitive insights and industry analytics to ensure long-term commercial viability.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to develop new products and maintain existing ones.
• Partner with Marketing and Communications to execute successful product launches and support trade shows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with Shuttle and Ultra-High Density Storage technologies.
• Experience in the Material Handling and supply chain industry.
• Strong project management skills, with a preference for PMP certification or 5+ years of experience.
• Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Science or Engineering.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
