Salary: $72,200–$108,600

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end fixed asset settlement process, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with engineering and budget teams to determine capital vs. operating project classifications.
• Create and maintain system rules for capital projects to ensure costs settle to correct asset classes.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for reporting and accounting workflows.
• Prepare and analyze depreciation studies, R-1, Form D, and SOX control deliverables.
• Analyze settlement variances and resolve complex accounting discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a finance-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Fort Worth, TX.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background verification, medical review, and drug screen.

Nice to have

• Experience writing and tuning SQL against large transactional data sets.
• Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
• Knowledge of SAP or ability to quickly learn new SAP modules.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or public accounting.
