What you will do
- Provide troubleshooting support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Replicate customer configurations to investigate and resolve complex technical errors.
- Host and attend remote sessions with vendors and customers to diagnose faults.
- Document all work activities in the ticketing system and create new knowledge-base articles.
- Collaborate with Escalation Engineers to deliver optimal technical solutions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT customer support or similar roles.
- English: Excellent written and verbal skills (C1) required.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows, APIs, Tomcat, Java, SSL/HTTPS Certificates, and Database concepts (Oracle, SQL).
- Foundational knowledge of networking and infrastructure management.
- Ability to analyze logs and identify patterns to resolve complex cases.
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours.

- Additional language skills in German, French, or Spanish.
